Both of those dresses are beautiful and you suit them very well.  Maybe you could buy the strapless one and have a topper as well to give you both looks.

Wow you look amazing in the second one! Your tiny waist reminds me of Scarlett O’Hara in Gone with the Wind. I vote second, it’s truly gorgeous on you.

Why don’t you get the second one and have them make some thung to cover you up like the first one but could be taken off later for the reception ?

I thought they were both the same dress … got it now … get the 2nd one and buy a lace cover up so you can have both looks as was suggested by other bees …

The second dress without a doubt. You have an amazing decolletage – you should show it off! And I know you say you don’t want a belt but the whole look is amazing. I feel like the first one doesn’t balance your proportions properly…just my opinion anyway. LOVE the second dress!
