I’ve lost 60 pounds recently and want to lose another 30 to meet my goal. My problem area is my arms. I have really bad cellulite on my upper arms that makes me really seld concious and prevents me from wearing dresses and sleeveless tops (horrible in summer!).
Does anyone else have this problem and know how to work on it?
I know all the cookie cutter advice for treating cellulite like drinking water and eating well. I’m already doing these things.
Does anyone know if arm exercises will actually work? I know they tone your muscles, but will it tone my skin?
Should I see a dermotologist?
Thanks in advance!

You can’t get rid of cellulite. If it’s there, it’s there. What you can do is work on toning your arms, which will reduce the appearance.

Clarins makes a great anti-cellulite cream. I used to work for them, used to work well on my butt and thighs…not sure how good for the arms, but it’s worth a shot!

For a TEMPORARY fix you can mix up coffee grounds and rub it on the area right before you go out. The caffeine with temporarilly tighten it.
Also another temporary fix could be a body wrap around your arms.
You could use those quick fixes while working on toning! 🙂

I heard that the mere action of rubbing your cellulite will temporarily smooth it out….Ive done it to my thighs, seems to work. So get some cream and rub away.

The only way to reduce cellulite is to reduce fat and gain muscle. My Gym has one of those bikes for your arms, would very much recommend using this I love it. Great cardio and muscle work out at the same time.

Nivea has a cellulite gel called ”Good bye cellulite” and it worked great on my legs and arms. I started wearing shorts and I never did before. It tightens up your skin and my cellulite is wayyyy down 🙂 It also tones.
My favorite arm excersise is this one.
