So, I’m working on a sleeve, but its half finished. I am putting most of what i have into this wedding, so finishing it before the wedding isn’t going to happen.
I wouldn’t be so concerned if i didn’t have a big gap between the top and the bottom.
I know this sounds crazy, but i was thinking of finding a large temp. tattoo in a neat design to place there for photos.
Is that silly?
Here is a pic with my arm showing the disconnection.

Actually, it looks pretty good the way it is now. It doesn’t really look like anything is missing right now. I will only have half sleeves done on both arms by the time I get married, and I’m a little worried about it looking unfinished.

I would leave it the way it is. When you look at your photos, you will know it was a fake tattoo. The only way I would possibly do it is if you could fill it in with a temporary version of what you are actually going to get. I don’t think it looks unfinished though, it looks really good like it is.

I think it looks fine the way it is. I’m super jealous of it btw, I can’t have them visible where I work. ๐

I think it looks great now, but what about having a temporary WEDDING related tatt put on for the big day? Like, something to do with you two, or your wedding date, or something that means something to you as a couple? Is that lame? I feel like that would be cool!
ETA: Please don’t judge me if you think that is super lame lol.

I’d leave it as is. It really looks just fine right now. And It’d be an honest pic of you on your big day. I think it’ll be cool for your (possible) future kiddos to look at your past photos and see the progression of your tattoos ๐

i really like it the way it is… if you put something temporary in there… your real (new) tattoo in that section will look different from your wedding photos
