There is nothing like a strapless wedding dress to drive a women to go insane about her chubby arms! Ladies, what are your favorite arm workouts that you have seen results with?
I am determined with a good diet, cardio and weights to have the best arms for my wedding!

I’ve been doing the Jillian workouts–especially No More Trouble Zones–and seeing some results when I’m good about my diet as well as diligent about the workouts. I’ve also noticed that boxing helps my upper body as well as my core and lower body (a surprisingly good workout!).
Between circuit training, boxing, and running, I hope my dress fits when it arrives!

Personally, rock climbing (and/or bouldering) and boxing are the best arm workouts I’ve ever had.

I’d be interested to know this as well. I do some free weight exercises and have noticed that my arms have gotten a tad more shapely, but I’m just worried that if I keep it up my arms could get bulky. Could that happen?

I have the Jackie Warner Circuits DVD, and there’s an Upper Body Circuit that you use weights with – it seems to be helping…

Being prior military I’m addicted to push-ups for my arms. I do them agaisnt a wall, inclined, on a yoga ball, and traditional pushups. I love it and I can’t do them anywhere and don’t have to hit the gym if my day is hectic.

There was a post about Michelle Obama’s arm workouts somewhere – I think it’s really old – but I remember it said that her trainer has her do like a hundred arm circles while hlding five pound weights.
