I would probably call Ruche and see if there’s anything they can do. If not, then I would probably dispute the charge on my credit card and if filing a police report is necessary, then I would do that too.

Same thing happened to me at Christmas. Ordered something from Ebay, said it was delivered never got it. I’m guessing it was stolen. Ebay seller wasn’t willing to work with me and the post office was absolutely no help. So I was out $70 bucks.

I ordered a few bottles of nail polish from Zoya in January.  Sort of the same thing – they sent me a tracking number from USPS, a few days later I tracked it and it said “Delivered”  at a certain time.  I get home, nothing.  I wait a few days, and still nothing.

I emailed Zoya, and called USPS.  They assigned me a case number as well, but the same day I got a call from my apartment complex’s clubhouse, who said they had some mail for me that was delivered to the wrong person – not just nail polish, but some cards for our wedding too, LOL!

That’s very strange.  If you think someone stole it I would report it to the police.  Who knows, there may be a rash of mail theft going on that they don’t know about because nobody’s reporting.

Definitely call the company you ordered from.  I live in a less than perfect neighborhood and have had a few packaged taken from my doorstep.  Every time the company replaced it.  They may need to open an investigation and be in contact with the post office.  Might take some time and phone calls but should work out!! Good luck!

As several people have said, I suspect it was someone swiping the package. I went through a similar thing, and the company dealt with it, not the USPS. So sorry this happened to you!

If they are able to replace your order, ask for them to require a signature.  You may have to pick it up from the post office, but at least it can’t be lost/stolen again.
