Interesting read, although it seems to be mainly about single women who choose not to have kids. I don’t feel that I’ll ever feel “homeless” because I have my hubs, and I have 2 friends in my life who never want kids either, one in a relationship and one not.

@MadameTussaud:  I guess I don’t really have a problem with our friends who have kids. They respect our choice to not attend some things, and they also respect our choice to not always have kid friendly things. We had a cookout this past weekend, and a few friends we hadn’t seen in a while asked if they could bring their kids. They did, we got to chat some, and that was that.

And while it does feel like a lot of people are having kids, we have quite a few friends who don’t have now, and don’t have plans for them in the near future. So we tend to hang out with them mostly
