To me the hardest thing was reading on October 28 that she was being moved to Hopkins and that it was “a good thing to be sure” and then 3 days later she passed away. It just makes you realize how life is precious and you really just never know when your time will be. It is scary 🙁

Ugh. Because I wasn’t already terrified enough about giving birth.

I’m sitting at work, too… my eyes are dripping tears. How incredibly sad.

I’ve had times in my life where I’ve overheard women speaking about how they want a girl/boy blue eyes/brown eyes, ect (so many of us have done it)… There is something to be said about just wanting a healthy baby and a healthy Mama and nothing more…

@crayfish- I second that… it ran past my mind as well.

@crayfish – I know right? I know someone who had twins and almost died during the delivery, turned out sheh ad congestive heart failure.

on topic: I read this the other day and I can’t believe something like this can happen still just from giving birth

This was really sad. But on a positive note, you could tell from the FB postings that she lived the life she had to the fullest.

It definitely puts life into perspective. Makes me feel like my stresses from this morning relating to Christmas shopping aren’t that major in the grand scheme and I should be focusing on family. Thank you for posting.

@pamplemousse: Im wondering if the got the screen grab before there were more comments?  Or perhaps people posted the memories to her wall isntead of as a reply.  I have to think that with all of her support more people would have written some wonderful memories.  This story has me heartbroken and I dont know anyone involved.  And I third that this is a while new fear of pregnancy for me now.

My goodness. That was heartbreaking. She seemed like such a lovely young woman, wife, and mother. Blessings to her family and friends.
