I think both would be great.  I personally said pork tenderloin b/c I love it.  However, I do know that some people don’t eat pork, so maybe prime rib would be a safer choice?

either sounds good to me… I don’t know who all you’ve invited but certain religions don’t allow pork…

I think you can’t go wrong with either choice. But, I think more people would prefer prime rib. Just my opinion!

I love prime rib and personally I don’t care for pork. Not a religious thing just sort of meh about it. So you know which I voted for 🙂 Yummm.

Working in a restaurant I would say prime rib is going to be the best middle ground. Some people may prefer pork but I think everyone will be happy with prime rib.

I’m a weirdo but I hate prime rib, its probably the more popular option though

    I can’t vote because I’m a vegetarian, and I wouldn’t eat dead animals.

@SurferB:  Same here, but my family members would prefer the prime rib.

Not sure if you’re inviting any Jewish people to your wedding, but the ones that keep kosher won’t eat the pork or the ham.

@mrsSonthebeach:  That’s awesome! I don’t know many vegetarians, but it seems there are more nowadays. My family are mainly vegetarian and his are as well so the menu works out perfectly Tongue Out

Is there a poultry option?  hehe  sorry don’t mean to be difficult but I don’t eat red mean, (I know ham/pork is considered white but it still comes from a mammal).

I wouldn’t eat any of those. But objectivelt speaking, since you already have ham, I would go with the prime rib.

I don’t think you could go wrong with either at a carving station.  Is there any way you could try a sampling of the way your caterer prepares either meat and pick your favorite?  I was going to do a carving station at my venue and then I tried some of the meat and I was not happy with the finished product.

My vote when to Prime Rib because I think that’s the most common item for carving stations.

Between the two, I’d choose the pork tenderloin. But if you’re already serving ham, you’re leaving no option for those who don’t eat pork…
