I guess my biggest confusion off the bat is, if your ceremony starts at 2PM, why does your processional start at 2:15? That’s the start of your ceremony. Please don’t intentionally make your guests wait for you.

In terms of “reception” stuff (toasts, cake cutting etc), I would do those back to back, rather than interrupting the flow of your reception every 10 minutes. And personally, I would prefer for you to get most of the “things” at the reception out of the way earlier, rather than interruptions off and on for 2 hours.

Finally, make sure you allot more time than you think you’ll need to get ready. Every wedding I’ve been a part of has taken longer than expected to get prepped. And don’t forget to account for transportaion time!

Good luck

@CheeseSickle:  Hey, what did you decide for your day of timeline?  I’m having a 1:30 ceremony followed by a reception right after at 2-6pm and trying to figure out the schedule.  We’re planning to serve a full meal.
