I know this is an old post but I would love recommendations for a budget friendly place for a rehearsal dinner in Asheville 🙂

@redheadbride58:  I didn’t see the original post but we had our rehearsal dinner at Neo Cantina. They have an upstairs room that we rented for ~$50 and then everyone just ordered off of the menu.

I know this is older but for any future Asheville area brides, we did our rehearsal and 12 Bones and it was AWESOME!!

@Brooklyn55:  I hate you a little bit right now.  We can’t get decent BBQ up here….do they still have the blueberry chipotle sauce?

Hey there!!  We’re having our rehearsal dinner at High Vista Country Club – it is close to our wedding location – Rehearsal – and my Future In-Laws love the location.  We have a family of golfers on both sides so with the booking we’re getting a discount on some tee times as well for our group.  Frankie Bones is catering – the groom loves his bbq!

Wedding cakes – GO TO SHORT STREET CAKES.  Ask for Jessica!  We are having ours from SSC and love the idea of having a “homemade,” (the flavors and combos are based on old Southern recipes) yet professional cake without a huge budget hit.  If you want something a little more traditional/formal flair might not be your thing, but I am THRILLED with the service, the yummy flavors and the flexibility they have had making sure our cake/cupcakes are exactly what we want!
