(Closed) Asking for time off advice

Well if you already alterted them to the fact that you needed those two time periods off and they said that would be no problem I can’t imagine it becoming a problem.  Do you have a manager or someone a little higher up that you can ask for advise on what you should do? But I think you’re totally find.

renwoman:  You could initiate the review process yourself by drafting your own document. List what you have learned and accomplished, your goals for the next year etc.

You can hand it to your manager, tell them that you have done a self -audit and would like to schedule the review.

During that discussion (assuming all goes well) you can raise the issue of time off for the wedding by asking your manager if there is anything you can do to prepare for taking this time off, is there any work you can do ahead ? etc
