YAY! I didn’t do anything special to ask my bridesmaids, but now that I see all the nifty ways it can be done, I kind of wish I did. 🙂

I LOVE it! I have also purchased little cards, I love snail mail and think its the perfect way to ask Bridesmaid or Best Man long distance (followed by a phone call of course)!

I wish I had done that too. I totally didn’t realize there were nice and formal ways to ask until after the fact. I spoke to them individually. Then I made a gmail group so I could contact them all- made a bridal party guide, wrote something nice about each of them and mailed that out. Make sure you clearly dictate what your expectations are for them. put the first thing as COMMUNICATING WITH THE BRIDE. I think this is the most stressful part when they don’t respond to your calls, emails, texts, etc etc. (can you guess that I’ve had this issue?).

Also put in how you hope/expect them to help you. Don’t be afraid to put : possibly contribute towards the expenses of various wedding related activities i.e. bachelorette party, bridal shower…  People need to know that it will cost!
