MuseForever:  What did you think of those places? any favorites? Did they let you take pics?

I’m headed to Atlanta for the weekend soon. I have appointments at Kelly’s Closet, Le Dress Boutique, and Bel Fiore.

I bought my Monique Lhuillier at Joan Pillow Bridal in Buckhead. They were fabulous to work with and has an amazing curated selection of dresses.

I bought my dress at La Raine’s Bridal. They were AMAZING there. I’m fairly sure she has a discount store too.

Although I didn’t go there, my planner said she loves the people at Adore Bridal in Kennesaw. If you’re not looking for a designer, there’s a place called Carrie’s Bridal whose inventory is all dresses under $1000 designed by the owner.

The best place in Atlanta is Kelly’s Closet – their selection of dresses is unparalled in the SE – Marchesa, Justice of the Peace, Pettibone, etc.

I went to Bride Beautiful, Anya, and Affordable Bridal .

I had an okay experience at Anya but they didnt pull the type of dresses I was looking for. Affordable Bridal (in Buford) had a lot of great options and they let you pull your own, its a relaxed atmosphere but they have a lot of options.

I ended up getting my dress at Bride Beautiful (sandy springs) during a trunk show. I had a great experience there, every dress my consultant pulled was an awesome fit for me! They carried very reasonable prices too.

Wow, super helpful thread! I go back and forth between Kennesaw and Athens, so I will be checking out a lot of these suggestions! Does anyone know anything about the quality of gowns at Carrie’s?

If you are looking for Love Marley and Wtoo by Watters, then you should def go to The White Magnolia in Buckhead! It’s a small boutique that carries Modern Troussea and Tara Keely in addition to the Watters line. I had a fantastic experience both times I went in, and was the only one in the shop at the time. The gowns all range from 1k-3k, and the customer service is amazing. Appointments are required, and I’d call early if you want to do a weekend because they book up quickly!
