I know some of the busier post offices just won’t do it, so take it to a more quiet post office in say a suburb.  My post office will do it (I live north of the city).  And go in a wierd time of the day when it’s slower.  Like mid morning.

I have not had good experiences at any post office in Atlanta yet.. (I have been to Chamblee, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Dunwoody, and the one in N Druid Hills).  Best of luck-let me know if you find a decent one!

For something like this all I can say is DON’T go to midtown (West Peachtree) or Howell Mill.  They are the worst.  Unfortunately they’re also the closest to me.  I usually end up stomping out of there after an hour wait!

The one off Glenridge is ok during off-peak hours but NOT when they are busy!  I had the best luck with the ones north of town (in Forsyth County)
