Fellow list maker here.

I have the same lists you have.  I also have an extensive list I got off some knotties at the knots website listing everything I had to: buy, rent, DIY and make, and book.

I made a wedding itinerary for the bridal party so they could know what they had to do and where they needed to be.  I have a list for the photographer.  I have a timeline for the DJ and the caterer.  I have my budget list, guest list, RSVP list, contact list (vendors, bridal party, ect.), music list, seating chart, list of things to not forget day of, list of things to do day of and day before, list for the day of helper, registry item list, etc…. I just have a TON of lists.  They keep me oranized. LOL

If you’re doing a plated meal, a list of how many of each menu item goes to which table will be very useful for the caterers, like “table 2 gets 2 beef, 4 chicken and 2 vegetarian”.

You will hopefully mark your place cards with a color code so that the waiters know who gets which plate, but breaking it down by table will let the kitchen staff get the tables plated up together and serve your meals faster.
