@blondiegirl: not yesterday but yes today! 🙂 They did have one similar to mine….but it was on an ivory stretchy ribbon and was $20! my hobby lobby is a bit overpriced I think lol
But I did find rhinestones in a row (attached in a string) so I bought a yard , it was 30% off so only cost $7+change, we have a local craft store that is amazing, I’m going to go in there and get some silver ribbon and make the second one for my hair, yay!! Total cost will be less than $10, really wish I had gone in there before I ordered the other one, could have made two for half the cost of the one :/

Hi! Here is a pic that is a decent replica of what we will be doing for the wedding day. (it was thrown up loosely…) But I would consider it a “side do”. Also included a pic of my dress and hair piece on the models.
My wedding is at the Four Seasons.
I love the last pic you posted with the 3 tiered headband. I think that would be perfect.

Hi fellow Bee’s! I can’t believe our weddings are coming up so soon!
My hair will be partially pinned up in the back, with curls coming down on one side. I’ll have crystal pins in the curls, and my veil has pearl and crystal all over it.

Hello ladies! Everyone getting ready to rumblllllllllllllllllllllllle?
I’m wearing my hair in a loose updo because a) I get soooooo sweaty when nervous and my fine hair immediately goes limp if it touches sweat and b) my mom and I made my dress, and lowered the back line to show off more of my back tattoo…so I can’t cover it up with hair now! Finally found some up-do’s I like, but ugh, this detail was the one that broke me. I had like a two-day breakdown…over HAIR. Not my finest moment.
My dress is a chiffon column that we altered heavily (added an illusion lace bodice, chiffon waistband, and detachable tulle train). She’s almost done and beautiful!
We’re getting married in a state park outside a historic ranchhouse. It’s a lovely lawn area. Our theme is roughly, “park-classy.” (My mother found that hysterical but jumped on board)

@Cantstartafire1: Love this! I am getting married next week and still haven’t fully decided. Do you have more pics from your trial or inspiration pics that your stylist went off to do this?

This was the inspiration pic, and we just played around with the look till i was happy. I only have that one from the hair trial itself.

here is how mine turned out…my girl did a fab job, and it stayed all day (from 9am until 10:30pm at night!!)

I’m having mine up. I usually have much shorter hair, but it’s longer now and I dont like it on my dress. Also, I have a realy chunky necklace, so having my hair down would take away from the statement necklace.
