- Wedding: August 2012
I woke up the moning of our wedding day miserable because it was POURING rain. I mourned for a little while and then did what any woman does when she is upset – I went shopping!
It seems like a strange thing to do the morning of your wedding, but it was about 7a.m. when I woke up, and I didn’t have to be at the hair salon until 10. So, seeing as the car was packed already the nght before, I headed to Wal-mart. I got there at about 9am, and rushed the umbrella secion. I grabbed as many clear umbrellas with silver lining they had, and one GIANT black and grey one. At the register, the cashier cracked up when I told her I was excited it was raining. After all, hy husband and I shared ur very first kiss outside- in the rain! Here are our preview pics from our amazing photographers, Lauren and Trey of Legacy Photography. I highly recommend them to anyone in the MA/RI area!

All in all, I am still a TAD bit disappointed that we could not get married under the BEAUTIFUL tree at our venue (and that we did not have enough time to take pictures in front of it either), but I look back on our day filed with love, laughter and our closest friends and family and I am stll overjoyed! Thank you all for looking!
