I had a bit of spotting today which means I made it to 10dpo without it. It’s incredible. I always spot starting 7dpo if not earlier. So even if this cycle is a bust that is a win!

Annnnd some red blood spotting this morning when I was about to test. So I think I am out. We will be taking my Sept cycle off since the EDD coincides with my husband’s work trip and my parents in Scotland. Hopefully I will see none of you all on the Oct board!

Blah, I’m out and have been for a few days now – started bleeding 11 dpo – but the upside is my next cycle came sooner so I’m starting letrozole and a trigger shot this time. It’s my first time doing anything medicated so here goes nothing!

Urh ladies I did something silly and testest 7 dpo and of course it was negative. Such a mind game right now. Period is due Monday.

Ugh. BFN at 15dpo. Should have gotten my period two days ago though, so I was especially sad when it was negative. I’ll test again tomorrow if still no AF, but not feeling hopeful. boo.

I rolled over to September, but wanted to also post this here to see if anyone had any insight since I roll-called here.

I just got a call from my OB office. I did blood work on CD3, and my hormone levels were too low to be consistent with ovulation last cycle. But the thing that is confusing is, I had a peak OPK reading of 1.74 (and high for a day before and a few days after) and had ovulation cramping. What gives??  Could it be low egg reserves?  (I’m 40). Feeling defeated.

@curlygirlp:  i’m not an expert – but a positive OPK indicates that your body is gearing up to ovulate, but it is possible that ovulation does not actually occur. Were you temping? Ovulation can generally be determined using OPK+temping (a sustained temperature rise). I had an anovulatory cycle when we were TTC last year – positive OPK but no temp shift.
