My mom’s sister was found non-responsive this morning. They’ve only JUST gotten to a hospital. She’s two+ states away from her mom, my mom, her brother, and me.
Not really close to her… But I’m worried. One of my grandma’s aunts went into a coma in her sixties and never came out of it. Circumstances are completely different… but… aaaaargh.

Oh, crap. I’m really sorry…it’s always tough when a family member’s not well, whether you’re close or not.

So sorry 🙁
Hope she gets better soon!

Just found out it’s brain cancer, and not a good prognosis… My dad is obliviously cracking jokes about it on facebook. No filter on emotional issues…

I am so sorry…
Sorry about your dad’s reaction too…

So sorry to hear this. I know this must all be very shocking news for your family. Keeping you all in my thoughts.

a) My dad heard about the cancer after I did, so the remarks weren’t intentionally THAT callous.
b) Surgery – they removed most of the massive tumor instead of just doing a biopsy.
c) SHE WOKE UP! She’s talking some, still has some sense of humor…
Thank you for your prayers!

@cyneswith: All good signs but it’s a tough prognosis. Hang in there and let us know how you’re doing.
