@TexasSpringBride:  It works! I can see it

ETA: Actually, just the engagement related pictures and the comments people have left.

@TexasSpringBride:  I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that it might not be a good idea to be posting her links/pics up.  Just a heads up.

OP, I know you are upset with her, but you are adding fuel to the fire. I would be very upset if I found out a family member was posting links to my facebook page with my personal information. I think it is great that you can use the bee as a forum to vent about this situation, but you are toeing/crossing the line by naming names and putting up links. I hope that this situation works out well for you in the end.

@TexasSpringBride:  It’s okay, sometimes we all get caught up in a little drama! 🙂 I really do hope the rest of your engagement period goes well and is stress and drama free!

No offense honey, but I think she is kinda crazy and seems intent on letting everyone know it. I would let her go on embarrassing herself – she is doing an excellent job!

When the family finds out the truth she will look extremely pyscho. Just find comfort in that. I thought your post was going to be about you being upset that someone got engaged at the same time as you, and was going to say “not a big deal”… however… someone “faking” their engagement to intentionally steal your thunder is NUTS. I would be pissed. Cut this woman out of your life. She is poison. Life is too short to spend on people like her that bring you absolutely nothing positive.

Your Aunt is seriously NUTS. Just de-friend her from facebook and your life. Who needs family like that! Not worth the drama, not for your dad, grandmom, or grandfathers sake. Just cut her out of your life.

@TexasSpringBride:  How did you call her out? Did you tell her you knew who the guy in the picture was?

Here is a thought… what if your aunt has had some sort of psychotic break and she is really deluded enough to believe that what she is doing/saying is the truth… this is just not seeming like normal “Im a quirky crazy aunt” behavior to me….

I mean, I can’t diagnose or anything but I have a degree in Psych and my DH works in a mental hospital and she honestly sounds VERY unstable.

At first I thought it was funny, an now I am worried about your aunts mental health… this is just too bizarre.

Wow, what a nut. I wonder how long before your aunt creates a fake Facebook profile with Todd’s pic.
