Mine is from Michael Hill too! It’s part of their Michael Hill diamond collection (I think that’s what it’s called). I also find their service (at my local store) to be great! They clean it for me when I pop in, they were also really good to me when I was 5 months late on the warranty inspection (FI purchased the lifetime diamond warranty). The ring itself is absolutely stunning, the diamond is so fiery (and hypnotic, haha), I freaking love my ring (can you tell?)! You both have beautiful rings by the way, absolutely gorgeous!

@sominted:  I love your ring! I love the colour of the ruby, such a lovely rich red. I’ve become quite taken with this kind of design (coloured gem surrounded by diamonds) and the ones that look like a flower πŸ™‚

@FemShepN7:  Thank you! I love Tiffany’s! They do have some cheaper items there. I purchased my bridesmaids Return to Tiffany earrings from there and they were about $170AUD each. Unfortunately, Aussie stores are more expensive. American stores are a touch cheaper.

@itsmeetam:  thankyou! yours is gorgeous too, a classic beauty. I think coloured stones need a halo or something around them to look a bit more special.

My rings came from Partridge Jewellers in Wellington. I had never heard of a halo before we got engaged, but lo and behold that’s what I chose – who knew it was so popular in the US? It was the only one in the store, and I haven’t seen anyone else in real life with one either.  Please excuse the badly painted nails.

I am loving all these rings ladies, we got some unique bling on here!

I am Australian and engaged to a kiwi….as we all affectionately call him.

@Sominted: Love that ruby!

@CupcakeLove: Are they rubies?

I got a ruby thing.

Mine is a vintage estate from USA
