@Brickette:  Welcome to Weddingbee!

I am an Aussie bee too πŸ™‚ What part of Australia are you from?

I am 24 from Brisbane, Fiance is 28 and we are sharing a house with my Mum and her partner to save money for our own house and wedding.

At the moment we do not have a date set and are “happily engaged” we were only together for one year when we go engaged and decided to have a longer engagement mainly for financial reasons.

Any chance you will be getting a ring for Christmas? πŸ™‚

@Brickette:  I just realised that not only are we both from Brisbane but we are the same age and my Fiance and your SO are the same age too! Freaky much? lol

I am sure that when ever he does propose it will be perfect.  Can’t wait to hear the updates πŸ™‚

@Brickette:  Welcome! This the place to get that waiting craziness out, for sure! It’s generally are really great community, and I’m glad you decided to join!

Waiting sucks sometimes, but sometimes we’ve got to do it– it sounds like you have it together with the saving for a house!

I know– there’s a point where no one else seems any good anymore, once you decide– it’s kind of cool, really, that we humans can make connections like that.

Pooh, it’s late at night here and I’m waxing philosophical on you! Sorry– but looking forward to seeing/reading you around here!
