I’ve seen them at Neiman Marcus and Barneys…probably Saks too.  I believe they are in some Nordstrom – I’ve seen them in the one here in SF but not in others.

Saks, Barneys, and Neiman Marcus, as PPs have mentioned; also Bergdorf and http://www.net-a-porter.com (which is the non-discount affiliate of outnet). Only select Nordstroms carry them, usually the ones in “fancier” areas. HTH!
