We’re getting married in front of Aloha Tower in Hawaii. It’s such an amazing venue, but I can’t for the life of me think of how the heck to decorate for the ceremony. I feel like there needs to be some decorations for close up pictures. We’ll have white wooden folding chairs (25 on either side of the aisle).
I need your opinions and expertise – should I decorate the chairs? Have some kind of aisle arrangements? Something smack dab in the middle behind us where we’ll be saying our vows?
The ceremony will be held right in front of the tower – so this long promenade is basically my walkway (awesome!).

Wow I love it! I don’t think I’d do anything. Maybe some flower petals lining the aisle way?

This actually seems like it would be very beautiful at sun down with beautiful lights wrapped around the tree trunks!

flowers along the bottom of the palm trees! Kinda like a wreath wrapped around them! These pics are the best but this idea is really pretty and would add a lot of color!

Heres a closer view. We’ll probably be standing right in front of the shiny tiled area and the chairs will be on either side of us.

I would hang something from that archway. Some draped fabric with flowers or something like that. I love the idea someone else had above about putting flowers around the palm trees! That would be amazing and would add a punch of color, I agree. I would also put something on the chairs but most likely not a ribbon. Your ceremony location has amazing architecture and a real Hawaiian touch, what with ALOHA printed right there behind you and all. Ribbon doesn’t seem to fit, especially if it’s tulle or sheer. Maybe a lei hanging on the back of some chairs lining the aisle? I found a photo that matches my thinking but could be completely customized with your colors if it’s something you’re into.

I think that venue is gorgeous as is. With the tower and the palm trees, it already has a lot going on so I don’t think much additional is necessary. Maybe just some petals to line the aisle and leave it at that.
