Well, it depends on many factors. What kind of activities do you like to do when you travel? What’s your budget? How long will your honeymoon be?

my only advice is don’t do anything too crazy! you’ll be soooo tired after the wedding, and all you’ll want to do is relax and spend some quality time with your hubby!

I think anything involving a tropical island with a beach and fruity drinks is ridiculously awesome (but that’s just me)!

Are you looking for a relaxing, laid back type of honeymoon or would you rather be exploring the area?  In other words, Bora Bora or Prague (as examples)?

@malkamaniac:

I would say book as early as you can – I’ve seen some great deals for 2011 already. I’m looking at deals right now for Jamaica with Vacation Express… check it out!

We went to the Great Barrier Reef for our honeymoon. It was crazy awesome, we had so much fun just spending a couple days on the beach and wandering into the water and seeing all these awesome tropical fish. But we also spent a good few days just relaxing at the pool with some cocktails. It all depends on what you like to do. Do you like to explore and experience new things or would you rather go somewhere where you don’t feel like you have to go sightseeing to experience it?

We’re renting a private island off the coast of Belize for 10 days. I am so excited to say the least. There’s also a place in Panama with over the water bungalows I wish I had heard about when we were looking! It’s now bookmarked for an anniversary trip!
