- Wedding: August 2013
My Brother-In-Law was dating a good friend of mine last year, but then they brike up (she actually cheated on him with another guy). I invited the friend, because she really is a good friend and I talked to Brother-In-Law about it first, he said it would be okay and he would just avoid her. But now she’s dating the guy she cheated on him with, and theres a good possibility he could be at the venue dring the wedding even without being invited as a plus one (its a summer camp and he’s a counsellor). The thing is I feel really awkward talking to him about this, since all the cousellors there are my friends and will be invited, but I think it would be incredibly rude to Brother-In-Law if this other guy was there. It also seems rude to tell my friend she cannot have a plus one but I guess she brought that on herself. Brother-In-Law is scottish, will be wearing a kilt, will definitely have a knife in his sock, and has a pretty bad temper. Should I ask this guy to leave for the weekend? Or just to avoid the areas where we’re having the wedding? The thing is that then we’d still have to get food to him because we’re using the camp kitchen.
