had to share a little: gained 6 pounds after the wedding in may. could tell too.
finally have been working out three days a week at 5 am. (always physical at home) and trying to keep a 1200 calorie diet that is lower carbs (cant banish them all together though). but for 2 weeks now and lost 5 pounds! now to keep it off. but finally back to the wieght i was. believe me 5 pounds is hard for me to loose and sooo easy for me to gain back.
man does it feel good to be back on the wagon!!

@souza_2005: That’s fantastic! I have a few more to go, but I hear you because 5 pounds shows on me too. I haven’t been as good lately with food, but I’m still averaging 3 days a week so that’s something.

Yay!! I’ve gained 4, but I can hardly tell and I needed them so I’m trying to be ok with it!! I work out 6-7 days/week and eat healthy, so I’m blaming my change in birth control. I also had lost a few pounds before the wedding due to stress.

thanks! if i just stick with it. im terrible because i like to drink my calories in beer lol.
it amazing what sittin around will do for you.. in terms of flab. and then you start working out again and boom! i can feel my body getting stronger and tighter.
