Have you checked for anything in Sedona? Or is that too close to Phoenix?

We got married in Prescott, at the Prescott Resort and Conference Center. They have a couple different ballrooms for different size events, and a few different ceremony areas as well. I thought they were very reasonably priced, and the staff was so helpful! Plus, Prescott is a beautiful area and not too far from Phoenix. Sedona probably has some nice places as well, but they tend to be more pricey in that area.

Prescott is beautiful!!! I haven’t been there in ages, but I know it’s nowhere near the price of Sedona, but still much cooler (temperature wise) I stayed in the older part of town, which seemed more rustic, but when we went ages ago (my first marriage) they had just built a big hotel between Prescott and Prescott Valley. It’s not that far from Phoenix to be unmanageable, but far enough away to be cooler and different. Good luck! 🙂

I love Sedona! I’m getting married around the same time as you, and we’ll either do a small backyard wedding at my parents’ house in Phoenix, or I’d love Sedona. They get snow, and the red rock is to die for otherwise! There are lots of places up there to hold a wedding.

Prescott is definitely cheaper than Sedona. We couldn’t find anything in our budget in Sedona and ours is 10k. We are paying less than $600 for our venue but that only includes the space and tables & chairs, we have to bring everything else in.

We don’t usually get snow in December, but it will definitely be colder than Phoenix. Prescott is a little bit more rustic/western, so I’m not sure if it will fit with your modern theme. We’re getting married at an art gallery but the space is more historic than modern, with exposed brick and huge windows over looking the courthouse square downtown.

Let me know if you have any other questions. You can PM me. Good luck!
