So my fiance and I have an 8.5 month old daughter. He just proposed a few weeks ago. For invitiations and throughout our wedding I want to stress “Continuing our lives together…” — not the whole “Starting their lives…”
On the invitations does anyone have any advice on what wording to use – do we include our daughter on it? Help! lol

We don’t have any children, but my invitations didn’t mention anything about starting lives together at all. I’m not sure I’ve seen that before!

@stephentiffanywedding: Why include any of that stuff on the invitation? Just keep it simple and sweet.

I saw a few invites that said “Please join us to witness BRIDE and GROOM start their lives together…” — And I want to include our daughter in the wedding – she is the flowergirl… But I also want the day to be about us. I have seen an invite that said “Please join KIDS NAME in witnessing the marriage of her parents…”
I thought it was cute. But I guess I will just keep it simple.
