Anyone who has thought up a baby boy name I need your ideas. What is a great name that you love? I don’t care how strange or out there or even how generic it may seem I want to know.
My Darling Husband and I are expecting our son in August and we cannot agree. The baby’s middle name will be Darrel after my grandfather who passed last March.
So ladies what do you suggest for _____ Darrel?

The three we are thinking of are Henry, Maxwell and Oliver.
I really like Quinn also.
Not sure if those sound good with your middle names, but most start sounding good regardless, the more you get used to them.
The middle name we are going with is Grant for my grandfather and father.

I like Daniel (although it doesn’t go with your middle name very well) and William.

Our boy name is Clark. Other names that I like include Bretton, Oliver, John, and Noah. It is girl names that we have a hard time with!

I know it is super popular, but I love Liam…not sure how well that goes with Darrel, though…

I love Arthur and Alton… both are family names for me that are old fashioned, bu tI love the nicknames Art and Alt. I think Arthur Darrel has a certain ring to it.
If I was picking specifically for the middle name Darrel? Christopher Darrel… Alexander Darrel… Zachary Darrel… Benjamin Darrel… I guess I like longer names since the middle is 2 syllables.

Joshua works pretty well, but not perfect.

MrsTeasandkeys: Thanks, those are great names. I love Maxwell and Grant. I will suggest those.
Ms.Pink: Great names. Clark is good but he turned that down (like all the good ones!).
Holly77: Love all of those. Ryder would be on our list but his huge family already took that name. Bummer huh? Thanks!
luckylady3090: We actually like Liam too but we have a friend who has a son named Liam already. 🙁
wvlefty: Great choices. I really like Benjamin. I hadn’t even thought of that!

Fiance and I have agreed on several names but some are a little different. Middle names will be Andrew and Michael. Ones we will be picking from are Colton, Trenton, Brody/Brady (don’t know yet), Lincoln, Rhett, and some others I can’t think of now! We have so many names for both boys and girls we love, so that’s the easy part for us!

I love the name Darrel! And your reason for using it is very sentimental.
I’d also like to second the PP who suggested Christopher, Alexander, and Zachary as first names. Good luck!

My son is Benjamin Daniel (the Daniel is after my dad). Benjamin would sound good with Darrell too. We call him Ben. I love his name.

allyfally: I LOVE Rowan/Rowen (LOVE LOVE LOVE). In fact if we were having a girl I would be pushing for it either way. My husband nixed that idea immediately. I keep trying to sneak it in but to no avail. 🙁
Miss Mauverick: Oooh Mason, don’t think I’ve suggested that one yet. I’ll give it a try thanks!

Treejewel19: I like Evan Darrel for some reason. Was the first combo that popped into my head.
