Treejewel19: The name my husband & I choice if we have a son someday is Everett. It’s not very common, but it’s also not so unusual as to be too trendy.
Thought I’d just throw it out there, as I think it would sound really nice with the middle name you guys picked 🙂

My fiance and I arent planning on having our own children. But just in case it happens we thought of a few names. I love Jaymee Michael and my fiance and I both love Xavier James.

My son is named Landry. Landry Darrel sounds pretty good.
I get so many compliments on his name, people usually think for a second when they hear it and then tell me that it is different but that they really like it.

I like Grayson (probably would have used it if Dear Daughter was a boy), Kyle, Kelly, Colin, and Connor.

hotpinkbride: This was exactly my thought!!!
I love the sound of Evan Darrel (I’d pronounce it as Ee-vahn, like Evan Napier from Downton Abbey).
With boys’ names I think how it sounds with the last name is so important so it is hard to just offer suggestions for first names, for girls this is much easier since they will likely (not always though) be changing their name in the future. That being said though I completely vote Evan Darrel!

How about Christian Darrel? Or Eric?

We’ve picked out Jude and Oliver as our boy names 🙂

Treejewel19: My Fiance hates it also. Silly men. I think its a gorgeous name.

Our friends are both having baby boys and their names are west and barrett. We also have a friend with a baby nate and one with baby drew. Gabe is our first choice boy name followed by harry. Best of luck!!

MrsSkeletonKey: We are having a boy we can’t name so far, and I love Everett… except we live in Everett LOL

hotpinkbride: I like that combination, great first instinct. Thanks!
MrsSkeletonKey: I like Everett too. For some reason names that end in T tend to be some of my favorites. Can’t remember if he has nixed that one but I will suggest it again. Thank you.
JessesGirl: That is a new one for me and I love it. Landry Darrel, great combo. I will put that on my list! Thanks so much.
Cory_loves_this_girl: Grayson was at the top of my list and it made a few cuts but Darling Husband finally said no. I am bummed, definitely a great name and goes with Darrel too. 🙁
wrkbrk: Thanks! I love Barrett. I think Darling Husband already shot that down but I will suggest it again. 🙂

- Wedding: October 2014 - Cape May
I was going to suggest Mason right off the bat but I see that’s already been added. For me Mason Darrell just rolls off the tongue nicely. Or Carter as a back up.

Treejewel19: we named our son Ryland. I am obviously bias but I love it, unique but easy to pronounce and spell. Congrats on your little boy!!

MrsHoneyC: I love that name! my nephew is Ryland:)
