i have baby fever, although it is a mild case. We can’t start trying for 4 years! So I know I need to get a handle on that, and I’m young enough that I’d like to wait that long…
But the last couple of weeks, I’ve been having really vivid dreams that I’m pregnant, and I wake up with my hands on my stomach! …wonder if that means anything.

As you know, August15Bride, I definitely had baby fever BUT who knew that it was really real for me 🙂
@RosyChicklet, that is some awesome advice!
For those interested in becoming pregnant int he near future, I would definitely take up RosyChicklet’s advice on it all. By The Way – even if you aren’t planning to start a family until a year from now, it would definitely be good to start getting the right amount of Folic Acid in your body.

Fiance and I have totally been hit with baby fever. We aren’t in a huge rush, but will probably start trying right after the wedding. I already started prenantals and made a gyno apt. I’ve been trying to eat better, get more sleep, and have been exercising a lot more. Now we are trying to figure out finances/savings and plan for daycare and expenses. I’m going to switch my health insurance to the next level up right after the wedding, for the better maternity coverage. It so exciting! I know it’s a huge change, but I can’t wait. And it’s even greater because Fiance is so excited too!

I have it. Hubby, not so much lol Last night I spent most of my evening looking at baby names on the bump.com… (to be fair, this was prompted by the fact that I had two dreams two consecutive nights about how I had a baby and I didn’t like the names I picked for them in the dreams :p). I’ve bought a baby toy. I’ve started to put some savings away that’s baby specific. I’m taking vitamins, but not prenatal. And I’m still working on trying to get exercise in… It’ll be awhile, probably another 2 years or more before we try though, so I’m not doing much of anything else. I did go off birth control, but that wasn’t really for preparing for conception or anything (I wanted my sex drive back!!). My mom says it’s her “mother’s instinct” that I’ll get pregnant Jan or Feb… I hope not! (sorta lol)

Ohh we have it!!! My mom and I went window shopping in Buy Baby Buy yesterday and we have also been coming up with a list of baby names. I have an OBGYN appt in January and we are hoping to starting trying soon after the wedding!

Gahhh I am not married yet, but I started to get baby fever! When we started discussing/contemplating our goals for the next 5-10 years, inevitably the topic of children arises…and then my crazy self starts oohing and aahing over every little baby-related thing! We will still want to wait a few years to save up money and be prepared to support an addition to the family, but gosh I know i’ll be dying for that day to come!

I think its bc subconsciously I wouldn’t mind an oops! (Or not even so subconsciously!)

We’ve decided to wait 2 years before having children, but sometimes I just want to have a baby now. I know waiting is the responsible thing to do, but it’s really hard sometimes…lol, guess we’re “ladies in waiting” as well, just not waiting for an engagement ring but something else.

i got engaged amd suddenly its in my mind all the time, weve talked about so many options the wedding is 2012 so we have tossed around having a baby now but then went back to moving the wedding back to 2010 and trying immediately after..ughh decisions decisions

We both want one now, although we aren’t engaged and I don’t want to be pregnant at my wedding. I’d rather wait til after the baby is born.LOL!
I’m taking prenatals and went off BC. I really went off BC because I kept reading people saying it taking forever for your period to start again. I went off them in October. Guess when my period came? November.
Every body is different, remember that!
