Girl, I feel you. I get baby fever almost every week!

But then I think about how much I love sleep and to go on shopping sprees for myself and then that feeling goes away lol

Girl I feel your pain. I’m the only cousin above the age of 20 without a child. Only friend in my group without a child too. IT SUCKS! And being an adult who wants to make sure they can afford a child SUCKS TOO! Darn those teen mom girls who through caution to the wind and got knocked up!

I’ll be 27 in a couple of weeks and just found out I’m pregnant… I had baby fever for most of my 20s! Where does the time go??? I love that you want to get yourselves financially ready. Just keep working towards your goal in the meantime and it’ll all happen before you know it!

sumshine.dawn:  Lol! Your aunt is ridiculous! Don’t worry about it, enjoy your mid twenties the way you did your early twenties. You’ll still be a fertile myrtle when you’re 30.

sumshine.dawn:  You are *smart*.  Really really smart.  So many people just jump into having kids without worrying about having savings or being in a financially secure position and sure, it may work out for them short term, but that’s all.  Kids get sick.  They need surgery sometimes.  They have special needs.  They get older and want to be on competitive dance teams or travelling soccer teams.  You may live in a place where the public schools deteriorate over the next few years and private is the only real option you feel comfortable with.  It’s *so* important to be financially secure.

Also, your relative is a nutjob.  Just FYI 🙂
