Kaegan (kay-gan)

Kieran (keer-an) or Kieren

I also don’t like c names turned into k names (eg. Callum spelled Kallum).

Also, OP, K names are hard! The only one I can think of that I really like is Kieran or Kieren and I think it sounds nice with both Michael and with Piper

Last Michael sounds awesome.

I also like Kennedy. Kaiser. Kamden. Knox.

Keep in mind C names, too. You can always spell a C name with a K!

I looked up Piper on namberry.com and it said Finn is a name people also like with Piper. I know its not a K name but Piper and Finn sounds cool.

RoyalLime:  I think Piper and Porter, while awesome names individually, are a little matchy-matchy for siblings. Love the suggestion above about Piper and little brother Finn! Badass.

RoyalLime:  I like Kade, Kieran, Keenan, Kasey, and Kenton. My husband is a Curtis but his family calls him Curt. I like the idea of matching initials as a tribute to dad as well.
