I have really been liking Logan and George for girls. I also really like Eleanor, Charlotte, and Lucy (though my cat is already named Lucy). We also really like Evelyn! No boy names yet haha. I feel like they are harder.

@kate169: I used to LOVEEE the name Evelyn. Then I had a student with that name…now I hate it.lol It’s amazing how one person can just ruin a name for you.

@kate169: My parent’s dog is named Lucy too. She definitely looks like one.

I love Fiona and Callum out of your list.

We’ve selected Bobby for a boy. Still not sure about girl, though we are considering Keri.

We don’t have any boy name because we know we’re having a girl but we have our girl names narrowed down to Charlotte (Charlie), Norah and possibly Autumn.

I actually had Audrey and Clara on my list as well as Sawyer and Harper, but both as girls names.

@kate169- One of our possible middle names for Charlotte is Eleanor. lol. We’re thinking Charlotte Eleanor/Annabelle/Rose.

I really like Audrey, it’s super pretty. I used to like Nadia quite a bit too, but I went to college with a Nadia that later became a stripper/call girl who totally turned me on it. Desmond  is a great  name for a boy though!

I love Keri, would it be pronounced CARE-EE or KAR-EE?

We just miscarried this month, but we’re 80% on our name choices once we get our take-home baby. We like:

  • Emma
  • Ava
  • Kathleen
  • Amelia

  • William
  • Edward
  • Fraser
  • Henry

My faves of your names are Audrey, Sawyer, and Jackson.

I’m not pregnant or TTC anytime soon, but Fiance and I have had names picked out for a while. For a girl we chose Charlotte Coralie and for a boy we chose Reid William Clayton.

@FutureJessicaMcB: We’ll be pronouncing it KEH-ree. It’s the only name we agree on so far!

We had Clara, Fiona, & Penelope on our list for girls so I of course love all of those! We’ve chosen Penelope.

I like Nicholas on your list for boys, but that may also have to do with our choice of Benjamin… I prefer more traditional names for boys b/c I personally like them better for adult names.

At work I am on the phone constantly and have to explain how to spell/pronounce my company’s name and my name. I recently switched to a more common nickname version of my name and it is amazing the response, people will actually call me back now! I have a rule that baby names should be pronounceable on sight, and make sense to someone on the phone.

SO I would eliminate these boys names: Taber, Leif, Ronan, Franz, Callum, Dimitri

Otherwise I really like Fiona, Nadia & Audrey from your girls’ list!

@zippylef: My name is Autumn, and I have to tell you I love it because every time someone hears my name they say how unique it is and I have only met 2 other Autumn’s my entire life, my family calls me Audie,Aud, and if I’m in trouble Audra! lol
