My sons name is Leonidas which means son of the lion. I love greek names, visited Athens a couple years ago and I’m a leo. We were talking about the theme for the baby shower when we decided on it. I said “I like animals like elephants and giraffes” and my fiance said “no those animals are girly boys are lions and tigers and bears!” and then I said well I guess we could go with lions, I’m a leo and I know he is going to have curly hair and look like a little lion and that’s when he suggested Leonidas. I had thought about the name but definitely didn’t think he would like it but he said it out loud before me!

omg my fiance would love it if we named our child Leonidas.  He is the biggest fan of the movie 300 ever.  😀

@BonbonBunny: Hey we’re almost date twins! We chose Feb. 12th because it’s our anniversary. 🙂 Is your wedding v-day themed?

I don’t have children yet, but I’ve had baby fever for quite some time now. I am always bugging my fiance about baby names, and since I have my heart set on two boys and a girl (not that I can control that, or care if it goes otherwise), we have picked out three names that we really love. For Boys we like Luke Joshua and Michael Jacob, and for a girl, Abigail Margaret.

Darling Husband and I are TTC at the moment but we’ve already decided on names (infact, we decided before we were even TTC or married!). We like:

Emma Kathleen McB [we chose  this one because we just generally like the components]

(Emma means: all-containing;universal) (Kathleen means: Pure)

William Edward McB [after my Great Grandfather and DH’s late brother]

(William means: will;desire) (Edward means: wealth protector)
