I really liked the names Briella and Talia, but my husband hates them. Then there’s the ones we like but can’t use because of our last name: Layla, Lucy, Max, Noah, etc.

I love the name Serena. It’s actually my great-grandmother’s name. My fiance doesn’t like it because it reminds him of Serena Williams, and he doesn’t want our children to have famous people’s names. Well, like, currently famous.
So David Atillio it will be. (our dad’s names)
We seem to agree on girls names a little more though. We both like Julia Marie.
I loved Liam and Noah and DH hated both. We settled on Evan but I secretly still hope he’ll come around and start to like Liam before he is born in December. lol
I absolutely adore the name Rylan for a boy–DH hates it. We have decided to compromise on Ryan, which I think is more plain and boring but oh well, I still like it. Does anyone else think Rylan sounds like a girls name? I don’t think so at all, but that is why DH is so against it. Another name I LOVE is Easton, DH hates it. He too is into plain, original names with no uniqueness whatsoever. Other boy names we have agreed we like are Caleb & Mason, but my sister called dibs on the name Mason. Darn!
Our girl name we both love is Haylee, but we both want boys hahaha.
Oh, btw, we are no where near having kids yet and have this all decided. Funny!
I love Sirena, Skye, Anika and Alana. I also love Jonathan, Liam and Trent. He hates them all.
We agree on Lucian Alexander and Aurora Elise. So let’s hope we get one of each. haha
I love the name Cereline (sear-e-leen). Fiance…not so much.
My daughter’s name is Kaisha,
I made it up when I was pregnant with her in 1985. And I know of 3 people who have chosen it for their babies. 🙂
It’s pronounced “Kay-SHA”
See, Esmee has been ruined for me now ’cause of Twilight 🙁
My husband dislikes most of the names I like! He used to go along with almost all of the names I’d ask him about, but now that we’re actually TTC, he’s a lot more strict about which names he okays.
Right now I have my heart set on naming a girl Georgia Kate. Georgia was my grandma’s name, but she went by her middle name. I think it would be perfect, but my husband thinks it sounds “Southern” and we aren’t from the South. He likes the names Kara and Kate for a girl instead, but I think I’ve gotten him to agree on Cecelia.
We can’t agree at all on boy names, but we will probably go with something pretty traditional like William.
I’m not pregnant, but we have thrown names out there numerous times. I love Liam and Aiden for boys, he hates them. Also I’ve always loved Charlotte for a girl, especially since it is my grandmother’s name – he says he thinks of the spider 🙂 The names we do love so far are Brady for a boy and Lyla for a girl!
We are TTC right now. My DH has always wanted to name his future son Kaleb Micheal. I actually really like it… so that will more than likely be our boy name (if we are lucky enough to conceive) and I really like Eloise middle name would be Kay as that is my middle name. DH is warming up to it. It’s actually my grandfathers mothers name. I really like Elly as a nickname!
I’ve always loved the name Addie (I knew a girl with that name in school) but DH wasn’t a fan.
We’ve talked baby names for a while. I fell in love with the name Charlotte for a girl but he hates it.
