Thanks!  Yes, it’s my first.  I’m hoping that I’m not showing too bad, but I’ve already gained more weight than I really should have because I’m getting all the fun cravings and none of the yucky morning sickness.  I managed to move my fitting to two days after Christmas so we can make a decision then.  It’s kinda funny because I had a minor freakout moment after finding out that “OMG, I’m so not gonna fit into that dress.”  I had already had measurments takes at the tailor, so I had to stop him from starting the alterations.  He knew I was pregnant before my parents did!

i went shopping with a bump, Imn hoping that my dress will fit me after LO arrives as we ordered in my pre pregnancy size.

I have chosen more of a ballgown style dress so it wasnt too bad when i was trying on as they werent quite so restricting, although i did get very hot. The staff were great and made sure i had some water handy and stopped for a bit if i got tired.

That dress looks beautiful though!

@bohosioux:  My dress is Mori Lee 2501. Im 23 weeks so baby is due in April. The wedding is in September. My first fitting is in July so at least if it doesnt fit it give me a few months to shed a bit of weight!

I love your dress! I shopped for my dress while I was 5 months pregnant so I definitely undersyand what you are going through. The consultanthad to keep bringing bigger sizes of the slip for me to try on and putting all the dresses on was tiring and VERY hot. My dress came very quickly after being ordered and I’ve already given birth a few weeks ago and I’m back to pre pregnancy weight already and can’t wait to wear my dress in march.

Best of luck to you!

Just got the results of my pg test… it’s a BFN. Disappointed, but at least I get to wear this fabulous Mori Lee gown now!

If I am pregnant this cycle (which there is a good chance), I will be 14 or 15 weeks at my wedding. I ordered the dress a size up and it’s a corset so I’m hoping it works! If we get PG in Jan ill be about 10 weeks. you look adorable!
