I like to think that big changes, esp in our health, are the result of small changes that we make all the time. So I wanted to start this thread so we can all applaud ourselves for a small change or decision that we made. For example, getting off the streetcar one stop earlier and walking the extra couple of blocks.
My small change is substituting the fries for salad last night when we went out for dinner…and when the waitress forgot to switch it and brought me fries anyway, instead of letting it go like I normally would I asked her to send the fries back and bring my salad.
What’s your small change?
