MrsTeasandkeys:  I second the pp who suggested reading “happiest baby on the block” I had a rough couple weeks w my dd until I read that and implemented what the author suggested. I had a happy baby and was very well rested. 🙂

MrsTeasandkeys:  Congrats on your new little guy! I think if it keeps up, you should probably take him to the doctor. It is probably him just being a baby, but the pediatrician might be able to recommend something.

Enjoy him. You are going to blink, and he’ll be a senior in highschool like my baby is this year. Don’t worry, you’ll get your mind back just to lose it again when he’s a teenager.

MrsTeasandkeys:  if swaddling is hard (it was for me!) you could try the swaddle me blankets or the miracle blanket. They are so easy to use and you get a tight swaddle. Good luck, I know it’s hard but it gets easier I promise!

Hang in there, it will only get easier! Babies have no schedule and he’s just trying to get his bearings.

You are doing a great job mama! The beginning is rough but you two will get eachother figured out. we spent the better part of the first 12 weeks snuggling on the couch nursing 24/7. when she wasn’t eating i was mostly baby wearing. She just loves being close to me.

I hope things are a little better today. I feel for you, a screaming unrelenting baby is very distressing.

MrsTeasandkeys:  that is fantastic. I’m so glad things are looking up. Yeah, I bet when you start to get used to what his cries mean you will have fewer long crying episodes. Well done.
