I have heard that babyonline is ok. I contacted them when I was looking for someone to make my dress. I suggest you ask them for pictures of the gowns that they ahve actually made. I saw them and there is nothing wrong with them at all but there are certainly some sellers that make amazing dresses, that are much nicer than babyonline. Try Shades of Pale!/pages/Shades-of-Pale-Bridal-The-Little-Velvet-Box/196879553692866 or or

I heard some good things about them for the most part. I believe there have been a few ups and downs for some customers. I hope you can get some postive personal experiences and also post your review once the dress comes in. It always helps to have a different perspective.

I do know that as far as dhgate go they are one of the top choices! That and monicasbridal.

hi everyone.

well i took the plunge and ordered my dress with BABYONLINE through DhGATE. I had a very limited budget so i asked them to do a package including my dress 2 adult bridesmaid dresses a child bridesmaid and a flowergirl version of my dress.

i sent them photos of what i wanted with alterations and they came back with $606.10 for everything including delivery. im in the UK so that worked out about £380.

Sunny, who i dealt with all the time answered most of my questions really quickly. i was REALLY paranoid and emailed at least once a day to ask questions.

the dresses arrived in a big plastic bag by DHL (from start to finish was just over 6 weeks)

the dresses were great, a few minor faults were:

a few of my sparkles were loose.

the petticoat never came with the dress.

the colour was very slightly different to the sample.

so i emailed sunny, to begin with she wasnt keen on helping me and didnt answer my emails so i opened a dispute and asked for a full refund. (i did not want to return the item for such minor faults and was more annoyed that i was now getting ignored)

immediatly sunny answered and promised to send me spare sparkles and a petticoat (this was my suggestion for a solution)

they arrived within a week the petticoat was perfect and i had been sent MASSIVE BAGS of sparkles (i was only expecting a few)

so overall my advice would be GO FOR IT. i took a gamble and it is the best thing i ever did.

if you want pictures or more info please email me [email protected] (im not getting wed until september so dont want to broadcast dress)

good luck

I am newly engaged and have been looking at ordering my dress off of babyonline dress as I do not have a lot of money to spend on a dress. I’m looking for honest and truthful reviews; not people with a grudge against the company or fake profiles giving glowing reviews. If anyone has personal experiences with this company and have photos available of the product they ordered I would greatly appreciate it!

So how did you like your dress? Was it made just like the picture

Was looking at ordering bridesmaids dresses from this site but very concerned if I can trust this site.

had ordered a wedding dress from them. Sent them a picture of my dream wedding dress, a simple long sleeved vintage mermaid dress since they said they do tailoring. They responded very positively saying that they are able to achieve what I wanted. I even opted for customs sizing to ensure that it fits. When the dress arrived, it looked nothing like the dress I wanted. To begin with, the colour of the lining is different at different parts of the dress. Second, above the waist, the dress is completely transparent like a cheap dress from China. Third, the mermaid tail started flaring at the widest part of my butt (what’s the point of getting a custom sized mermaid dress if I wanted to look like I have a disproportionately huge ass). Fourth, they sewed on appliques these at the hem and all the edges that are of a different colour and design from the lace of the dress. It’s not something that I can bring to a local tailor to get it fixed (we aren’t talking about a loose thread or a missing crystal here).

Now when I asked to return the dress seeing that the both structure and the details are completely ruined, i sent them images of all the problems with the dress. They responded by offering an insincere $30 refund (my dress cost about $300). When I firmly insisted on a return and refund, they told me that I’d have to pay for my own shipping and upon receiving it, if they DECIDE that the faults are not there, I do not receive the refunds. I was furious. In the end, we settled for a $75 refund. It was an infuriating experience, and I’d say take your money else where especially if you want to get a wedding dress.
