Cute idea – I may have to steal your idea and do that too!

It’s a cute idea in theory, but from what’s in there (small bills, hangover cures, cigars, etc) it kinda looks like you’re saying, “Here, honey!  Go to a strip club, get some lap dances, get totally smashed out of your mind, and have a couple smokes!  Have fun, see ya tomorrow!”

Most ladies on here would not be ok with that, I don’t think.  But like I said, cute idea in theory ๐Ÿ™‚

I think it is cute if you are okay with these things.

I like it. My Fiance might just get one… The only downside I see is that it could be perceived that I’m sending something along so he’ll think of me. I’ll check with his groomsmen and probably do it!

I know many bees on here will disagree with “promoting bachelor party activities.”  But, he’s going to do it anyway… Just like all of his buddies before him. And he’s going to have a GREAT TIME (because of the boy bonding time, not the strippers.)

Cute but not something my Fiance would be interested in.

I think it’s a really cute idea. You could totally have some done up a little differently for the Bachelorette party as well, if you’re having one!

I think for the people who would use it, they’re awesome! If you’re not ok with it, then you don’t have to use them. Simple as that.

Yeah, I will (very predictably) go ahead and say I don’t love the idea, but I don’t like bachelor parties in general, so naturally I wouldn’t like something like this.

There’s just something a bit pathetic and submissive about it, to me. Like, “Here, honey, will you please think of me while you’re stuffing a dollar bill in a stripper’s underwear? And also think of me when you’re popping pills from drinking too much!”

    I don’t know…just not into it.

ETA: I guess part of what bugs me about it is that I just can’t imagine a guy making such a thing for his Fiance, for her bachelorette party. It so fulfills all our stereotypes about men and women (he’s out partying, she’s home homemaking) that it just strikes me as, well, boring and sad at the same time. I know others will disagree!

I love it!!! I wish I would of thought of this!!

Personally, I don’t see the big deal, I have seen MANY brides who have tylenol/hangover “cures” in their out of town bags or bathroom baskets for their guests! Cause lets face it, ppl at weddings like to booze it up. So why is a bachelor/bachelorette party any different?

I would add a giant bottle of gatorade or water to it though ๐Ÿ˜‰

@stillme: I do think it’s supposed to be taken more lightly rather than seriously. I see your point, but if it’s all in good fun, I don’t see the harm in it.

I think it’s cute! And while I really disagree with the idea of bach parties that involve naked ladies, it can easily be altered for other ‘alternative’ bach parties : Cute goofy argyle socks for a bowling party, Gatorade and powerbars for an active guy, new sunglasses if they’re out shooting, etc. I’m a ‘gift giver’ so I think I’ll be making one of these for Mr.ND when his guys get around to planning. ๐Ÿ™‚
