I never knew I was so immoral until now (I stay in hotels regularly because of work). That a hilarious (yet kinda sad) thread :p

Suggestion – This is what we are doing…. Joint celebrations. we are having a group party… we are renting a house boat.. taking a friends boat and our sea doo… the guys during the day will go wakeboarding and fishing and stuff while the girls lay out and chit chat also go wakeboarding… all BBQ together and the at night hot tub and party together… usually it turns into the girls and guys hanging out anyways! and I am not a Vegas kind of girl anyways! and this is so much more… US.. if this helps out your situation steal it!

WOW… so i posted before I read the threads….. so i read your comment again…. and…This is strange….

“neither of us are party people, we love being with eachother and we do everything together … i didnt even want a bachelorette party coz i have never even been to a club!! but Fiance encouraged me to get the girls together and have a dinner and night out. and thats what im doing. clean, normal, safe and fun.”

“Seriously? clean, normal, safe and fun” HAHAhAHhA… okay… so I am not much of a drinker and dont do drugs, but holy heck! you have never been to a club?????  It is normal to go out drinking and dancing and having fun… I actually think our plans are not normal but its what we  have chosen together. I didnt want to go to vegas as that is what I have done for almost all my friends.. .and its just not what i want to do…. and we LOVE going camping and wanted to do something fun together, and let the bridal party all hang out together since a lot our out of state.. Its obvious he wants one as he is even encouraging you to have one…..

I will admit i am not comfortable with the strippers coming over…. but if he went to a strip club whatever men are going to do that for bachelor parties… We have been together long enough for him to understand my perspective and he knows i wouldnt be happy with one coming into a hotel or where ever they were staying, but if it was a strip club i would be okay.. thankfully we talked about ideas before we got engaged. once we were engaged, I asked him if he still wanted to do something together or not and he said, yes I was thinking a house boat for the weekend. So I let him plan the weekend, and that is his exciting part for the wedding as I plan all the other details.

I find this entire story hard to believe.  I bet the OP is just some rando starting shit to get a reaction.  Someone else already said that the OP’s threads turn out like this.  Let’s not feed into it….

They don’t have to happen. I’m lucky because my fiance thinks bachelor parties at strip clubs are an excuse to be felt up lol. So I asked then me going to Chip n Dales was out of the question? We’re going to have a joined party.

I read everything now and I regret reading it…strange and many pp should consider journalism the way they take portions of a response and manipulate it, what a talent…

this…. this is all about sleeping at a hotel?

when did sleeping in a hotel room become a milestone? how old is OP that she’s never been on a vacation with friends and stayed in a hotel room? has the Fiance never stayed in one either?

how is sleeping in a hotel room so much different from sleeping in your own room?

why is this craziness even being brought up? this sounds like the kind of crazy you see on tv.

I am really confused…..is the OP a teen bride? That is the only thing that is making sense to me right now

The other possibility is that she doesn’t want to admit that she feels nervous about the hotel room because of the possibility of girls being involved….

If that’s the case say it! Maybe your fears are unjustified, maybe they are

Other than that, I dont get it
