Can you tell her no? I can’t imagine my mom going to my sister’s bachelorette and she definitely didn’t attend mine. You’re a grown woman….speak up.

I’m not saying there is anything wrong with having your mommy there (although in my circle I’ve never heard of it) but it sounds like you don’t want that….

Just tell your mom it’s a night for the younger set, and you’ll have plenty of time with her the following day. You’re 27; you’re allowed to say “no.”
