Has anyone ever attended a social cooking class in the Boston area? My best, friend.. a Boston Bride, is interested in doing something like this for part of her Bachelorette party.
Looking for a place that would do a private party for about 9 people and offer/serve/allow wine with the lesson. What’s good food without great wine?!

I’ve taken cooking classes at the BCAE – boston center for adult education – and they were fantastic! I’d see if you can get contact info for any of the teachers and they may do a private event, or let you reserve the whole class. I took my classes with Diane Manteca, and she always let us drink wine!

I LOVE this idea! I’m not in Boston and know of no where to have it (sorry, I’m no help), but I just wanted to say what a great idea this is. I’ve taken a few cooking classes and they really are fun! Please post back afterwards and let us know how it goes!!

The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts has a ton of recreational cooking classes and offers private events!
