I would tell the sister the bride absolutely does not want a stripper and she could possibly get really upset of there was one.

I don’t think you should tell the bride. I always see brides on here who get dragged into bachelorette/shower drama when it is totally unecessary. Just tell the sister the bride does not want a stripper and you think it would ruin her night.

stand your ground and DONT get the male stripper, if the sister goes around you and books a stripper then that wont be your problem atleast you can honestly say that it wasnt your fault.

Just send the sister an email reminding her that the bride said she did not want any strippers.  Try to avoid bringing it up with the bride.  But, if you have to when you see her, you can casually mention: “so, you’re sure you really don’t want strippers?”

Ok- here is my perpective as a bride-

I would be kind of upset if there was a stripper at my Bridal Party. If my Maid/Matron of Honor were to call me and say my sister was thinking of hiring a stripper, I would call my sister myself and say, under no circustances, is she to hire one. Done and done. I wouldn’t feel stressed and I’d rather have that than a stripper at the party.

But- if you don’t want to bother the bride, really drive it home to the sister that there are to be no strippers and hope she doesn’t hire one. :/

If you know for a fact that the bride does not want one, like she told you she does not want one at her bachelorette. Then yeah I would just tell the sister so.

I would just tell the sister that the bride informed you she doesn’t want a stripper. Tell her you’re not going to get one. If the sister decides to do it on her own.. that’s her deal. Sisters tend to fight and do what they want, so that’s a battle between the two of them. I wouldn’t get too much into it. But I also wouldn’t bother the bride about it.
