Going to a big show & dinner would be my kind of night. I mean, I love getting my dance on, but that environment usually encourages lots of drinking. Maybe a group dance lesson would be fun?

The other idea I had for my own bachelorette was a cooking class. If there’s a local culinary school around, they probably have classes. I really want to learn proper knife skills before I get a nice set of knifes, but it could also be deserts or any type of class.

You could also go rock climbing if you like that kind of thing.

I don’t drink either, and we’re doing a big bowling party. There’s a really modern crazy place near us that has a restaurant, lounge, and bar, so at least others can drink if they want! They have great music, cosmic bowling, and also an arcade and laser tag. I can’t wait to act like a little kid again!!

A comedy show may also be a great suggestion 🙂

What about taking some sort of adventure? Going White Water Rafting with all your girls-they most always include a lunch and a slide show of your trip through the largest rapid you went through and at night you can sit around a fire and relax. I was a raft guide for an outdoor company and have taken both bachelorette and bachelor parties and they had a blast!

Maybe some sort of camping trip or beach trip?

Or take lessons in something fun like barrel racing, deep sea fishing, self defense, chair dancing, belly dancing,  cattle wrangling..so many things out there!

What about a Zumba class followed by a light dinner or a smoothie bar- which could be done at someone’s house. Just an excuse for everyone to get together and have fun.

@o0olibelulao0o: How about high tea? It’s a fun, girly way to have lunch. Afterwards you could go shopping or something? The only downside is depending on where you go, high tea can be pretty pricey.

Also, how about indoor rock climbing? It’s usually not very expensive and can be a day-long activity. That said, some people, including me, suck at it, so maybe some of your girls might not enjoy it lol.

Piano bars are awesome!!!  Sometimes they are drunk-fests though with all the other people there.

Flirty classes are also fun. You could do Zumba if you don’t want to do the ‘flirty’ stuff.

Have a themed party at your house–old school chick flicks and some delicious food. I mean, how can you beat that? Nobody does sleep overs anymore, haha. It’d be fun. Then you all go out to a delicious brunch the next day!

My girls and I are doing a vintage pin up photo shoot. They specialize in bachelorette parties, it also serves at a great gift for Fiance at the wedding.

I’m planning on suggesting a weekend camping trip for my bachelorette party.

For my bachelorette party, my girls all dressed up in 80’s aerobic outfits and they made a 80’s bridal aerobic outifit for me. We then went Kareoke-ing and then bar hopping. It was so fun to dress up and go out. Makes for so much fun! It seems to be the trend where I live. Another wedding party I was in, we dressed up in old 80’s bridesmaid dresses (fuschia pink and frills and poofs!!) and dressed the bride in a gawd awful wedding gown. SO much fun! It’s not bad for the bride if the wedding party also dresses up. We do the 80’s theme cause that’s when we were born. But other ideas would be a disco them (full out bell bottoms and platforms), togas, hawaiian, etc. Just some ideas. Good luck!!

For my bachelorette, we went out for dinner and then went to a kareoke place where you can rent your own kareoke room.  So it was just our party in the kareoke room!  It was really fun.  For my sister’s, we went on a winery tour, went out for dinner and then had treats and played some games back at a friend’s house.  Actually, I’ve never been to a ‘crazy’ bachelorette!
