MemberI’m from Northern CA and was planning on having my best friend’s bachelorette party in Tahoe. We have since decided to move it up closer to our friend who otherwise wouldn’t be able to come. Problem is, we have no Idea what is in the Tri Cities WA area to do for a great night out. Or if we should just go to Portland OR. Any ideas ladies???
MemberWere also open to Seattle. We live 7hrs form Portland & 10hrs from Tri Cities and Seattle. The bachelorette party would be in April. I would love suggestions of attractions, great places to eat and bars/ clubs all of which aren’t crazy expensive since we are traveling a long way.

Member@whiskeyandrhinestones: Well this isn’t quite “bachelorette” style, but Portland has a world-famous bookstore called Powell’s books. It’s a full city block, multiple stories, and its amaaaazing. Maybe you guys could set up some sort of fun treasure hunt there. Besides that, I’d just say that there are a ton of fun local breweries in portland – highest number per capita in the US. You could go on a brewery hop.
MemberThere is a bar in Portland called Darcelles. It is a gay bar where they have drag shows. http://www.darcellexv.com/ is the website so you might be able to look more into it. Perhaps call them and see if they do anything special for bachlorettes? I personally haven’t been there but ive heard its lots of fun. You could start there and do dinner and a show and them move on to a night club or something? Sorry its not a ton of help but hopefully that can get you started.
