Only one way to find out: compare prices at various hotels.  Bookit.com is a great place to start.

my Fiance just got back from vegas and they did 3 rooms all together. Vegas rules are you cant have more then 5 people staying in a room together no matter the size-suites included. that is what they were told. so you would have to get 2 suites. you may be best off getting the rooms. and honestly you wont be the rooms that much anyways! just to get ready and to sleep!

@MrsJules10: not sure where you heard that but it’s absolutely not true.  I’ve stayed in large suites that slept 6 and 8.  They were specifically set up for that and that’s how many people we had in there.

get a suite. i used travelzoo and stayed at the signature by mgm grand. it was awesome.

i think for a lot of east coasters or people who do not go to vegas a lot, they think that they can’t squish in a room, but i have done it many times and they seriously dont check. all resorts get their money from the casino, not from their hotel rooms.

Get a suite!  The girls trips to Vegas we always did.  Even better than any website is calling the manager of the hotel directly.  It takes a little digging to find their number but you use the line “I’ve got 8 beautiful girls ready to come out to Vegas for my bachelorette party and would like to know what you can do for me?”  Works like a goldmine!  My one friend is pure genius at this and has gotten us 4 night stays at Hard Rock, Palms for $60 a girl!  Love it!
