Whoa. The stripper incident was bad enough…now she tells you that she was considering just not showing up on the wedding day?

I’d tell her that she could do just that, because she’s no longer welcome there. She sounds like a first-class jerk to me, and she definitely does not have your feelings or best interests at heart.

You have to do what you feel is best, but I don’t think anyone would fault you for telling her not to come to the wedding.

Leave the judgement out. People have their own boundries about what is OK and what is not. I suggest you do not talk about how “wrong” it is and discuss how YOU FEEL WRONGED BY HER.

I personally don’t like strippers so much (and wouldn’t want one for my bachelorette), but I can see how people would find them fun. This stripper, however, sounds disgusting and aggressive. Some of the things he was doing to the girls are extremely disrespectful and just plain…eww. I would not want someone to take pictures of me being ridden and whipped by a stripper, or with a stripper’s balls being rubbed in my face (and I wouldn’t want to do those things even if someone wasn’t taking pictures of them). Strippers can be good, clean fun, but this one was crossing a line. What’s even worse is that you specifically said “no strippers, period” and your friend still thought she could get you one and everything would be ok. It is horrible that she didn’t respect your wishes, and even more horrible that she was going to just not show up to your wedding and seems to be manipulating you. I would distance myself from her.
